I can't really think of any other way to explain what's been going on that isn't in the title but i've already reinstalled java multiple times, reinstalled minecraft multiple times, updated my gpu drivers and reinstalled the latest update of gpu drivers just to be safe, tried running as admin mode, I don't use any mods, I ran an antivirus and didn't have any issues, tried allowing access through, and then turning off my firewall, The only thing I can think of I haven't tried is reinstalling windows but I did that less than 2 months ago. Any help would be great.
Malwarebytes ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which is infested with malware.
Download it here: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/adwcleaner
Run a Scan, remove any malware found, restart the computer.
You have -Xmx4G in the _JAVA_OPTIONS variable in your environment settings, To remedy this,
Press the Windows key and the Pause/Break key simultaneously
A window should popup, click on "Advanced system settings"
Click on "Environment Variables"
Delete the _JAVA_OPTIONS entry
Restart the computer.

Okay doing the latter half of your response got rid of that error but when I re launched it the game crashed in the launcher again. This is the only error from the looks of it
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap
The only other thing it says is "process crashed with exit code 1"
I can re-do the crash log again if you need me to but there doesn't seem to be anything else of note.
Install 64-bit Java, then edit the profile settings in the launcher to use the 64-bit Java installation.
64-bit Java is required if you want to allocate more than 1.5 G of RAM to Minecraft.

By god I love both of you. The biggest issue definitely seems to be the Java Options entry. I had tried both 32 and 64 bit java before and it didn't change anything but everything seems to be working now. Thank you so much.

Here's my dxdiag

This issue may be caused by malware.
Malwarebytes ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which is infested with malware.
Download it here: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/adwcleaner
Run a Scan, remove any malware found, restart the computer.
If it doesn't work, post a HijackThis log.
Download it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run HijackThis as Administrator, click on "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Then a text file will open. Copy everything, then paste it on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
While it does sound scary, it does not give us any personal or sensitive information.
