'Get rid' as in delete or just simply turn them off? Because I turned the outdated ones off but it still didn't work. Something I failed to note is 1.14.2 works fine, it's just 1.14.3 that's giving me issues

Alrighty, I deleted them all. It still won't work, same error. If there are anymore solutions anyone knows, I'll probably try them tomorrow. https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/WMwsBfKwHC/
The crash report says this: Is Modded: Very likely; Jar signature invalidated
Reinstall Minecraft from scratch.

I uninstalled it via settings and then reinstalled it, should I try deleting the minecraft folder completely? There's literally nothing in my shaders, mods, or resource pack files, so I have no idea why it's saying it's 'modded'.
EDIT: I uninstalled it and deleted the entire minecraft folder. It FINALLY opened. Thank you for all the suggestions you provided even if some didn't work!
Backup your "saves" folder then delete the ".minecraft" folder.

Get rid of those outdated resource packs.

Delete them.
I deleted all outdated resource packs I had. It gave me the same exact error.

Resource Packs: vanilla, file/Mizunos 16 Craft CIT_1.13.2_beta_v1.1.zip, file/Invisible Item Frame Pack_1.13.2.zip
Nope! You still have them!
Apologies for a late response, here is a more recent crash report.

It's still refusing to launch, I really don't know what to do at this point.
Remove ALL resource packs.
