Okay, so before anything else my english is not perfect so im apologizing in advenced..
My Minecraft worlds keep dissapearing after a play time of a few hours/days and its not playable, I had my research and i think its mean that my world are corrupted (I think its the problem because I can still see the world in the save folder in Minecraft %appdata%) and i followed 1 guide that did helped my but destoryed most of the world chunks.
I have a few questions:
1) How can I prevent from the worlds to corrupt?
2) How do I get the world I lost without destorying the chunks? (I think I need to know my seed but I cant see it because I dont have the world in my game list to do /seed in it)
3) Is there any way to backup your world to prevent future issues...?
I added a directory to my .minecraft(/TempStorage). Before I start playing I drag the last copy I added to my desktop to that folder. I then create a new copy on my desktop. That way I have 2 very recent copies of my world should something catastrophic occur.
I suggest you modify that behavior slightly. Just before exiting your game is when I would do something similar. I'd make a copy of all the changes I've made during this session. I'd also keep a copy of my last session, just because things happen.

Every time!
Too late this time I'm afraid, at the very least beyond my ability.

You could use the WorldEdit mod to restore bad chunks
You will need to /pos1(NW corner) and /pos2(SE corner). Then /expand 63 63 d (bedrock to elevation 63), and finally //regen.
Have you checked for malware? My MC doesn't do that. ADWCleaner might be worth running. Tails1 may have some other programs. GL
