So i'm using x64 bit Windows 10, and when I press the play button on the newest 1.14, it stutters for a bit, then launches a Minecraft window. But the window is directly showing exactly whats behind it. I can move it around and it moves around smoothly, but all that shows up is whats behind it. I tried reinstalling Java and that didn't work, and I tried reinstalling Minecraft, but i'm still having the same problem. I don't even get an error, just the transparent screen. Oh, and this happens with any version of Minecraft I try to play, except it starts off as a black screen, then becomes transparent. And i'm using the Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 graphics card, if anyone needed to know. I really need some help on this one.
So is it the graphics card or the processor or what? Just saying that the computer is too old doesn't really help me. So could i downgrade Windows, replace the proceesor, or what? What exactly could i do to fix the problem?

It's not worth replacing individual components as you would need to upgrade basically everything.
New computer is the better way.
