I'm sorry in advanced if this seems rather confusing as I am not the best at describing things and videos are hard to process on my computer.
Ever since 1.14 came out, I've noticed that my cursor/character will jolt back into place after moving as if it was suffering from server lag. This problem doesn't happen when I move only the character, however when I move the mouse while the character is moving and even while they're in place, the mouse will jolt to a random direction after 1 to 2 seconds as if something has suddenly brought its attention elsewhere. The character is perfectly fine when the mouse is not actively moving, but will also jolt with the cursor as well as moving back to the spot it forces my cursor to look at (often anywhere between 3 to 15 blocks the character is "lagged" back). All other mobs show no reaction to this, so I personally doubt this to be lag, as well as this happening in both singleplayer and multiplayer worlds. I've even gone as far as to unplug my Wacom drawing tablet to see if that made a difference, to which it sadly did not. Can anyone help me with this to figure out why and if this can be fixed?
EDIT: I've tried the new 1.14.3, and thankfully it seems fixed for now!
