Are you playing on 1.13.2? The Serious Dedication advancement not being unlocked is a bug in that version. It was fixed in updates Minecraft 19w06a and newer.

Yes, i am playing a Forge version of 1.13.2, how can i fix it?
So i found a diamond hoe in a chest, so i decided i wanted to use it up for the advancement and now it wont unlock.
Any help will help.

ModeratorYou can't. Updating to a newer release such as 1.14 will fix the problem, but Forge isn't out for that version yet.
