Hey, I have been running into this issue since last month. Whenever I alt+tab out of fullscreen Minecraft and come back to it, it freezes for few seconds before responding again and in some scenarios, if I stay tabbed out of fullscreen Minecraft for too long it crashes and freezes my whole computer.
So.if you got an actual fix other than playing in windowed screen mode please tell it down below.
also, I tried disabling focus assist but that doesn't seem to change anything about this situation.
