So I had an issue where my game would crash whenever I loaded in a world. The only fix that was suggested was deleting the session.lock file, however this would reset my world to how it was originally generated.
I then had the idea of perhaps transferring the world data (with all of the blocks I've placed, broken, etc.) however neither I nor anyone I asked were that informed about world data transfer.
