Whenever I play any world or server on Minecraft all players (including my own model) and mobs are invisible. The only way I can tell there is someone or a mob in front of me is because there is a shadow underneath where their model should be. When I go into third person mode or open my inventory, my model isn't there and is completely invisible. I also can't see my hand while I'm in first person. Chests are also completely invisible.
I've tried reinstalling, deleting files and completely wiping Minecraft off my computer (multiple times) just to reinstall it and still have the same issue. I've also tried fidgeting with the general settings in Minecraft but it doesn't seem to change anything. My Minecraft is up to date and I have no mods, and no resource packs installed.
Can someone please help? This makes the game completely unplayable.

Likely related to this issue https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-65040 Have you played minecraft before without issue on this computer and with this version? This bug has been associated with many/many versions but has also been around since 1.8 so I'm not sure why it would start now if it had been behaving before. You could test with snapshot 15w38b, 15w39a, or 15w40a (the versions with this issue fixed) to see if the issue exists in the versions where this issue doesn't exist. I would recommend downloading and installing Optifine, a graphics and performance boosting mod, to see if that helps your issue. https://optifine.net/downloads
Created worlds in those snapshots. Didn't fix the issue. Tried optifine with the latest version, didn't correct the issue (i also messed around with the extra settings that came with it and nothing). I tried going to pre 1.8 and did 1.7.9 to be exact. This actually broke my game even worse. Which might help figure out what the problem is? Some sort of corruption? I have screenshots of the world in 1.7.9. Entities were still invisible but everything else was too, exception being weapons or items held in mobs hands (ie. the bows in the skeleton's hands underground). I couldn't see any block and entity shadows were invisible.Spawned in a couple mobs and saw nothing. Items could still be seen if they were dropped. Thank you for the suggestions but it didn't fix anything. And I have no idea why my game broke even further when I went pre 1.8

That's crazy, I've never seen that level of failed rendering. Have you successfully played minecraft on the machine you're using before? Is it possible it doesn't meet the system requirements for minecraft? I would try downloading and running a resource pack to see if those assets have an easier time displaying but this much of a problem in vanilla definitely seems like a graphics hardware/software problem. You can always go into your Setting and selecting 'enable output log when game starts' which will give you a window where you can watch MC perform its operations in real time and catch errors and warnings as they happen, it could give you a clue about what's happening.
I'll give that a try but yes, my Minecraft has run fine on this computer before. This issue happened a long time ago (years ago that I dont quite remember what could've caused it). I've also tried running some resource packs in more recent updates to see if it would help render the mobs but they were still invisible. I just created a dxdiag log incase you would want to look at it https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/psBPknvdWw/
Update on starting up MC with the output log. Went through and saw nothing that seemed serious but honestly I wouldn't be sure. Minor things like "Ambiguity between arguments" & "Unable to find spawn biome". When the world was fully loaded the warning: "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 2113ms or 42 ticks behind" but Im not sure if that would be related to my issue. Apologies for the late reply btw.
That's weird - as for the message of "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 2113ms or 42 ticks behind"
- I had a google and found these posts
It turns out someone was leeching my internets which was causing the massive lag. I have now installed a MAC Filter.
The lag has been gone for the most part(minor lag every once in a while) ever since, but no more errors.
I doubt it's relevant - especially if you been trying single player worlds - but maybe too many people are connected to your Internet causing lag ??
it's mostly your memory. I suggest boosting the RAM a bit.
Another post suggests it may be you're using 32-bit java on a 64-bit O/S
Although you mention you created worlds (meaning these are single player worlds & you're not connected to a server), I've seen this suggestion
Ok, so the server is just skipping ticks to catch up. This is not uncommon on personal computers. To get rid of this, you would have to get a better processor, or increase the amount of memory. You could also reduce the render distance that people on the server are using, allowing them to load fewer chunks
There's even a bug report on Mojang for 1.13 that MIGHT be related where someone 'fix that error by maximizing my allocation for my launcher to 4 GB'
