The main reason why I am making a new thread is because none of those people helped him or me. I am playing modded and don't feel like playing vanilla because it doesn't have no sprinkles on it if you know what I made...way to dull. Vanilla tastes too dull. I took a screenshot of the lag spikes as well of how how until it froze and I am in the nether so don't judge...I am in peaceful mode mainly because from the lag spike because the lag spike can get me killed easier. I just hope. My autosave is up to 3 minutes and the lags it occurring before 3 minutes and lot less like a couple seconds like 30 seconds. And before you even answer...read the responses from that thread first before writing here so you don't suggest the same thing from there because guess what...it won't fix it and I will simply reply as to it won't fix it if you do write something the same from that thread. I am also using minecraft 1.12.2 and I have 8 GBs of ram and I am on a windows 10. I also have a graphics card that can run shaders pretty well. In the attachment I put the spikes that go through the roof is the lag which makes my screen freeze.
What are your Java arguments settings? How much memory do you have and how much have you allocated?

Okay...hold on while I go get it...I just wanted to show the lag spike. Usually a restart help but an hour later it will freeze up more times. Although I just restarted minecraft for the second time today because of the whole freezing thing so it is a lot faster for now since i just restarted minecraft. And I went back to the nether for glowstone so you know I didn't spend all my time there. Actually I went before for some glowstone and now I need more for a potion recipe.
You know what...I was thinking that so I am going to do that. Sorry I couldn't respond earlier because minecraft forums wasn't working right. I will do it right now. I will add a good 100 or 200 more megabytes.

That would not be enough, try -Xmx2G in your JVM arguments.

So I have this problem where every few minutes it freezes and than stops and do it again. And this forum where this guy had the same problem is describing the same problem I am having. https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/java-edition-support/1851086-minecraft-keeps-freezing

Doesn't matter how much I put. I have it at max because if I put it too high it will probably crash.

You're running out of RAM, allocate more.
