I have a friends server that I am trying to play on but after about ten seconds I am kicked and given the error "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" I am no sure what the cause is, and have tried a multitude of methods to fix the error without any success.

Server is running spigot 1.7.10, and I am running the recommended version of forge. In addition, I am the only one on the server with this problem.
