When I open minecraft after the mojang screen the title page freezes and i cant click any of the buttons. I have tried many things on many different threads or whatever and nothing works. I have devoted more ram, I have re-installed lots of stuff.
Thanks in advance if you know anything about how to fix this

Lets try this then, Java stopping responding can be a lot of things, so lets start with the basics
You may need to reinstall the locally installed files that Minecraft puts into place
To do so, press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein. Then, try running Minecraft again. Good luck!"
Thanks so much, but in doing more research I fixed my issue by uninstalling mincraft, along with saving some other things, and re installing it with some of my previous .minecraft information
Basically for anyone else with the same issue try to just re install minecraft, and before uninstalling, copy your save file in your .minecraft folder. Then replace the new one with your old one to save your worlds. IF you also want to save your resource packs, I recommend the same there.

Try the old launcher.
