I know replace is supposed to change the block without particles or drops, but instead nothing happens. I have to destroy the block in question before it places a new one. When a block is already in the designated space, even though I set it to replace, it doesn't replace it. It waits until I destroy the original block.
It seems that the "oldBlockHandling" data tag replace isn't working. I have a /setblock command:
