%appdata% is the most basic one, I'm sure you've tried that, correct? It should contain your .minecraft folder, assuming that you're using the official Minecraft launcher.
If you deliberately moved your folder somewhere else but forgot where it is now, your only choice may be to search your entire computer (using the search function, not manually) for the folder name.
Edit: Hold on, you use OSX. I don't know anything about MC on OSX. If it isn't in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft, sorry, I can't help you.

I've looked at several videos on how to find your minecraft folder but I just can't. I've searched everywhere on my mac, and it's nowhere to be found!
I've restarted my minecraft + my computer several times with no use.
