Are you simply double clicking the jar to have a GUI pop up, or are you launching it from the command line?
I believe you are experiencing an old bug that is cause by the GUI, launching the server in the command line without the GUI will help if that is the case.
Go to the server directory and click "File" scroll to "Open Command Prompt", then select the "Open Command Prompt" on the right. Then, use this command;
java -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui
Replace the minecraft_server.jar with the name of your minecraft server jar.
If this doesn't work/isn't the case, simply post it didn't work.
On your launcher, click "Launch options", and click the instance you are using. Then, click the small green arrow in the "Game directory" line. Leave the folder that opens on screen then play till the issue happens, open the launcher_log.txt file after the error has happened, and copy its content to http://paste.ubuntu.com. Click "Paste!", then share with us the link (the URL) that it takes you to.

I do this for fun
It’s not the case
the problem only happens when I’m trying to actually play the game, join a server, single player.
sorry, but what is a GUI?
thanks for responding btw

Here, its a huge text

just to advise you, im brazilian. If something appears in portuguese, don´t worry, just ask me
Make sure you have no programs or settings that are overriding your JAVA_OPTIONS, info on that can be found in the notes for Razer Synapse/Cortex here https://minecraftirc.net/support-articles/known-incompatible-software/
If you have none of those settings, try using the 2nd alternative launcher listed here https://minecraft.net/en-us/download/alternative
The old launcher worked!
thank you so much for your patient and help.
bye!
