Ever since 1.8, when blocks break, it lags me a lot. Like in mineplex dominate, when someone uses the ground pound ability, it makes it seems like block break, which lags me a lot. Also, the game randomly freezes for half a second every 10 seconds. It really gets annoying when I am trying to do something like fighting in pvp, because I can't do anything within that time, which gives the other person an advantage.
Din realise it was 32-bit but here are the JVM arguments. And keep in mind that I was able to use up to 3GB before but only 1200 MB now.
What OS you running, and is it 32 or 64-bit? If you go to Computer in Windows Explorer, right-click it and click Properties, it opens a window showing the OS and whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit. 32 bit OS's can only allow 2GB ram allocation to Java, but 64-bit allows 4GB max.

I just took the Minecraft Noob test! Check out what I scored. Think you can beat me?!
Yeah set Xmn back to the default, and it fixed quite a bit. But because I have a cheap laptop, still has the normal not staying at a high fps and stuff. Thanks though!

Gonna do it while in the middle of a minigame or something give me a moment
The 5 snapshots I took while playing a basic game of block hunt.
