Someone please help, when i try to start the minecraft launcher, it says "Unable to update Minecraft Native Launcher". I have tried to reinstall minecraft and the same thing happens.

I don't have any anti virus installed, it used to work fine and now it just wont launch.

That's the problem, I can't reinstall because when I click on the installation page from minecraft website, i get a page error saying

You are in asia? Already saw 2 today and they were all from Asia, seems like one of the servers there is messing up

Also when i try to install from the previously downloaded minecraft installer, it still gives me the same error "Unable to update Minecraft Native Launcher".

They are all related to that server issue

So there is no way to fix this other than waiting for the servers to fix itself? And yes, i'm from asia.

Seems like its happening to multiple people, somebody reported it to the bugtracker already so I would monitor that just in case https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-5311
