Okay, how do I fix corrupt/invalid root certificates?
(I appreciate all the feedback, but I would really just like to know whats the problem and how to fix it so I can play the game)
See, I don't actually know. When trying to fix a problem, you normally have to find out what cause of the problem is first. Keep looking, Google is your friend. And no, I have not figured it out yet. And yes, I am trying. I think, though, your best bet is to reset your computer (or, better yet, "Refresh" (a Windows feature that reinstalls windows and only keeps your files) your computer).

Would you happen to have any sort of parental controls setup on your computer?
EDIT: I've solved it for one of my computers, at least. Covenant Eyes (parental filter) had some problems with Minecraft and Windows 10. Updating Covenant Eyes (they released a fix) should solve it if you happen to have it installed.
I haven't had a chance to try it yet on my main computer, but I'll let you know if it works there.
It's worth noting that in addition to the old Antivirus Programs known to cause this, that Covenant Eyes parental control software (as mentioned by scarabcoder) and Qustodio, also parental control software, are known to cause this issue. Both programs should have an available update that solves the issue in most cases. Extreme cases will require you to completely uninstall the software then reinstall it with the latest available version.

That's right, thanks for mentioning Qustudio. Hopefully this should solve the problem for people finding this thread in the future!
FINAL EDIT: I managed to update my CE version to the latest beta, and that solved it. Now to reinstall JDK, uninstall the annoying AntiVirus, enable Firewall, and few other things.

Good luck!
Actually I do have Covenant Eyes, but didn't think that would be the problem since it only manages web browser, but it does manage HTTPS connections. Where may i find this update? Should i just google covenent eyes update? Or would it be on the Dashboard?
i know that there are some technic-geeks in here (@scarabcoder?), so you might give this a try: http://www.java-samples.com/showtutorial.php?tutorialid=210
Thanks, that looks promising. I figure it's corrupt/invalid root certificates that's the problem.

How recent was this update, beecause I got covenent eyes only about 3 months ago
You should be able to update from the program itself. Like I mentioned if you cant, uninstall it, download the latest, then reinstall it.
Thank You @worndownkeys & @scarabcoder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It worked. I update Covenent eyes and it let me past the sign in page
