Fix what? Some context? DxDiag alone tells us little.
Aside from the fact you're running grossly outdated and known to be very buggy drivers.
OK, so here is the full story BUT in short:
I reported this to ATLauncher, everytime I opened my inventory like 15 seconds after I get in to the world, I CRASHED, SO they told me to go to some kind of website and the website told me to go here and post this here on "Windows". Now you can please help?
No, I won't tell you what I think is wrong with it, nor how the problem started. I won't even tell you how to possibly reproduce the problem.
I told someone else my problem and they said ask you guys.
I told them my car doesn't work when I turn it on.
So you guys can help right?
Clearly not. We might be smart, but we're not psychic, or magic, even if it seems so.
OK. I think what is wrong with it is that I'm crashing after 15 seconds, I don't know how the problem started, and I don't know how to reproduce the problem, THAT'S WHY I AM ASKING YOU!
IF YOU NEED, here is my computer details:
Windows 8.1, Intel Core i5-4460 CPU 3.20 GHZ, 16 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4600 + Sapphire R9 280X 3GB Dual-X OC.
You have a 4th gen Intel Core CPU. The latest drivers for that should be numbered 4326, dated January 2016.
You have driver version 3540, dated March 2014, installed. A version known to be very buggy.
And this means the game is running on Intel instead of the Radeon. On those known buggy drivers.
DxDiag makes it clear Intel HD is set as your main display device. It looks like you have the Monitor outright hooked into the motherboard's output port instead of the Readeon's.
SO... How do I fix it? Do I just update my drivers? YEA, I tried to update my drivers and I don't have the minimum requirements, with all of the computer details that I gave you, can you please tell me what do you think is the latest version that I can download?
And then make sure that if you do have a real GPU as you claim (Radeon R9 280X), your monitor is actually plugged into it. And not into the motherboard's video output.
YEA,
1: What is the lastest version that I can download for my drivers?
2: How do I check that? (The thing with the CPU you said)

WAIT, does that mean that I have to do something with the physically computer?
I don't have a suitable box to experiment with but ... yes.
If your PC detects your monitor is actually plugged in to the Radeon card, it should use the Radeon card to play games. Because right now it isn't. It's running Minecraft on the Intel HD. And it doesn't even list your Radeon in the main DxDiag log, sa if it's disabled.
Yea, about that, I have a program called "FurMark", this program is showing you your graphic card and testing the FPS. It is telling me that I have intel AND Radeon card.
YEA... Turns out that I don't have the catalyst control center installed SO I didn't install the radeon card, I hope that's the issue here, I will tell you how it goes after I check!

a bunch of sentence fragments is not a story, nor does it explain what exactly you think is going wrong.
You have yet to describe an actual problem of some kind, never mind the kind of detail that would be needed to resolve said problem.
What is wrong is well, MINECRAFT FREAKING CRASHED 15 SECONDS AFTER I JOIN THE WORLD!
oh, it crashed? that's the first time you mention that fact.
Go ahead, read back over the thread. You won't see the word crash anywhere.
I'll wait.
Then go back and find a log or crash dump to post (or both).
Because there's lots of different crashes, and they all have different causes.
And you should really read the sticky post: "How to ask for help effectively"

ANYTHING ELSE?
AND, BTW, I have Intel Driver Update Utility 2.4 to update my drivers and I am checking it every month, how the HECK can it be outdated?
I can't believe I forgot to give you that!! SORRY! (That's what happening when the minecraft crashes)

Its only the cables? Or the things that's in the box because I am not very good at this, if it's the cables so just tell me cables or things...

Everything is fine now, I bought a new monitor.
