My problem is not that minecraft will not start but keeps on crashing during gameplay. I currently have the ram @ 5 GB and the Mods that I have loaded are 80+ and I have Pure Resource packs being used as well. Grunge 256x256 purebdcraft 64x64. My CPU is a old Intel LGA1366 build with a I7 960 Cpu @ 3.2 GHZ and a GTX 760 video card with a total of 4 GB video memory. I am going to post the crash here. Hope that someone can help me to make it so that I will be able to run Minecraft 1.8 without crashing again. One last note I am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit. Thank to all who helps.

I had 80 mods once and I've been crashing couse it lags out. Then I started removing 1 by 1 mods that I didn't need that much and 1 of the bigger mods. It shortened the mod list to 50 and something and I stopped lagging and crashing.

One of your mods constantly tries to do something(most likely get a block) in an unloaded chunk. No info what chunk that is, might not even be in the overworld. No info on which mod it is either. I believe that you would have to remove mods one by one to find out the source of the problem.
Only if you have enormous amount of RAM dedicated to Minecraft and if none of those mods conflict with each other.
88 mods will work just fine together, I have 90 ish. The problem here is not memory, allocating more than 4GB to MC is not recommended and in most cases unnecessary . What's happening is two mods are trying to modify something at the same time. Since there is no way to tell which mod is causing the problem, mods must be removed one by one until the problem is fixed.

The only mistake I didn't realize is that he is talking about Single Player. I was playing with tons of mods on my server with friend so RAM was very important to me as it is needed to run the server with all those mods.
In that case, single player will require much less RAM but it still must not be low if he wants to run 80 mods. 80 mods is really a lot. Especially since he was choosing random mods and NOT mod packs. That makes possibilities that they are not compatible with each other or there are really too many big mods so more RAM is needed indeed.

I have the PVP mod pack , but there was mods that I wanted to use not in the PVP mod pack that I wanted so I also downloaded them plus LiteLoader. IF I post a list of the mods that I am using will you be able to help me find a mod pack that has some if not all in it so that it takes the load of Minecraft?

BTW: If you haven't noticed, the OP was running with 5GB RAM assigned when the game crashed.
That doesn't matter. 5GB is still not enough for 80 mods. Do you know how much 80 mods is? xD Almost no people use more than 5 mods exactly couse they make their frame drop. And using 80+ mods is really impossible unless you have really strong PC. Like really really strong. Especially if there are some big mods that change the overworld and make entity number high.
So, OP, there is no way to run all these mods at once. You have to remove all mods and then add 1 by 1 and test everytime if they work together without problem and crashing.
Like, add 1 mod, open Minecraft. If it doesn't crash, add 1 more mod, then test again, ect... Do it until it starts lagging and crashing, then stop adding mods.
Where you got that preposterous idea? ~100 mod modpacks run fine on 2GB (depending on mods and settings some can run on 1GB). If a bit choppy, depending on CPU and mod processing load. They also run on cheap Laptops (not recommended, those usually have slow CPUs).
Modpacks are created in way that would make them lagless. They are carefully created which means they won't put 15 mods that change and add biomes or 20 mods that share some of the same IDs for blocks. So it's less likely for modpack to cause the lag. In this case, OP, didn't use modpacks. He was just adding random mods which is why he has lag.
Java does not work well with too much RAM. In case of Minecraft putting in more then 4GB goes into miniscule improvements. Or can cause lag spikes from Java GC issues.
There are people that have 64GB of RAM with about 40-50GB allocated to Minecraft. See AntVenom's "Minecraft with 64GB of RAM" videos.
Again, where do you get that from? Since I sift the support section here rather often I can tell you the average mod count is around 100. And people try to play those with really cheap/old PCs. Cases of 200 - 300 mods are no rare either.
Seriously, tell the person that uses 300 mods in Minecraft to return their PC to NASA. xD

Basically its lagging out, you probably have some sort of thing in your world which is laggy (May or May not bee of your doing)

We all start out as students not knowing anything about this but take it what people tell you and show you and you will come out as a master.
That doesn't matter. 5GB is still not enough for 80 mods. Do you know how much 80 mods is? xD Almost no people use more than 5 mods exactly couse they make their frame drop. And using 80+ mods is really impossible unless you have really strong PC. Like really really strong. Especially if there are some big mods that change the overworld and make entity number high.
So, OP, there is no way to run all these mods at once. You have to remove all mods and then add 1 by 1 and test everytime if they work together without problem and crashing.
Like, add 1 mod, open Minecraft. If it doesn't crash, add 1 more mod, then test again, ect... Do it until it starts lagging and crashing, then stop adding mods.
Modpacks are created in way that would make them lagless. They are carefully created which means they won't put 15 mods that change and add biomes or 20 mods that share some of the same IDs for blocks. So it's less likely for modpack to cause the lag. In this case, OP, didn't use modpacks. He was just adding random mods which is why he has lag.
There are people that have 64GB of RAM with about 40-50GB allocated to Minecraft. See AntVenom's "Minecraft with 64GB of RAM" videos.
Seriously, tell the person that uses 300 mods in Minecraft to return their PC to NASA. xD
