Hello there, Thanks for coming by to help solve my problem. I have Windows 8.1 Pro with Intel Integrated Graphics (4 Series) and its saying I have no OpenGL and no matter where I go I cannot find the drivers for 4 Series graphics on Windows 8.1 the drivers i`ve found are all XP/Vista/7 and I don`t know how to resolve this matter.
Your chipset is considered obsolete by Intel, and is therefore no longer supported, i.e. they aren't publishing drivers any more.
There are no drivers for win8 or 8.1 or 10 or whatever comes next.
You can try to install the Win 7 driver. Only the drivers published by Intel have the required Open GL support for MC.
[Although I suspect that the MC Win 10 Edition will not require Open GL support and is MS's intended path for MC on windows going forward.
Consider how many chipsets have become 'obsoleted' (i.e. unsupported) in the last 3 years... we've had chipsets dropped with Win 8, more dropped with Win 8.1, and presumably even more with Win 10]
