I decided to downgrade from Windows 10 to 8.1 (my previous OS) and I uninstalled Minecraft on Win10. After downgranding, I'm tried to install Minecraft back again but it doesn't work.
It keeps opening a window which says "Unable to download Minecraft. Please try again later." [Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/M2avwg9.png]
It also creates a log for that error, which says:
