Okay. I know what you're thinking. Another post from an ignorant person asking about the same thing as a billion other people. And to tell you the truth it sort of is. the only thing is, is that none of the suggestions worked for me because the person who created the thread had a different computer and/or graphics card than me. So here goes.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1515 and I upgraded 10 windows 10 from windows 7 yesterday. The computer is 7 years old now. (2008) UPDATING THE GRAPHICS DRIVERS NORMALLY DOSEN'T WORK!!! It always says it's up to date, and that's because dell doesn't support this computer any more (they said on their website) Also, this computer originally had windows vista. So my upgrades went from Vista to 7 to 10.
Its coming up with something like Pixel format not accelerated and something about an error with OpenGL
Here's the crash report

I don't know what you're hoping to do if you already recognize that your computer is severely outdated in terms of hardware. The only way around this error is to have drivers with proper OpenGL support.
I Already did. it never worked because its old. I fixed it already though... sort of I have a different problem now: I doubt you know how to fix it but whatever:
I have no clue whats going on in this one, except somethings wrong with openAL... maybe

In any case, please provide your DxDiag log,
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22165/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-exe-
Here is the dxdiag if that's what ur looking for
and the link didnt work
Apologies, that wasn't the link I meant to give you,

This was it, please follow those instructions.

i've tried lots of stuff, but I can't get it to work.
