Prior to updating to Microsoft's latest Insider build of Windows 10 (Build 10122), Minecraft worked perfectly. However, now, when I try to play Minecraft, I get this weird rendering problem that makes the game unplayable.
Operating System: Windows 10 (Build 10122)
System Specs: Intel Integrated Graphics 4400, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB Hard Drive

From what I can tell, it's something to do with how Java renders the content and how they've changed the window borders.
If you notice, it seems the clicks would be where they would be if it was aligned properly. Annoyingly enough, launching in fullscreen breaks the entire game on my drivers... That's also not Windows's fault, but mainly my TV not liking to overscan properly.
I found an attempt that you can try, it worked a little bit for me.
1. Press Windows key + R.
2. Type ‘devmgmt.msc’,
3. Expand Display adaptors.
4. Right click on Intel Display adaptor.
5. Click on properties.
6. Click on driver Tab.
7. Click on “Uninstall drivers”.
8. Re-start the computer.
I did that and managed to get Minecraft to work. My NVidia automatically updated to the stable drivers. It's an OpenGL driver issue that this build causes.

I reported this problem to Mojang via the Official Bug Reporter, but they said it was invalid.

Since Windows 10 is not an official build, they will not care about any bugs reported.
Windows 10 can change a lot, so it would be a waste of time to try to fix issues related to it.
So I would suggest to play on windows 8 or 7.
Maybe this the key:
"[17:53:49 WARN]: Couldn't delete C:\Users\super\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\1.8.5\1.8.5-natives-9140873359287 - scheduling for deletion upon exit"Try to delete the C:\Users\super\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\1.8.5\ folder and redownload it. (only work to delete if Java close)

They already stated they had an issue with OpenGL on Windows' side that was aiming to be repaired. Microsoft is already working on a patch.
AMD has issues loading Project Spartan due to this OGL glitch.
the thing is that I am having the same problem, and windows10 is now an official version
