I recently build a gaming computer and was trying to put minecraft on it but i don't have internet at home. So I copied my minecraft file from another computer but my computer is 64 bit and the computer I copied it from was 32 bit. My minecraft doesn't work because the twitch native files are the 32 bit version. Is there any way I can download the twitch native files. The location of the files is .minecraft\libraries\tv\twitch\twitch-external-platform\4.5

You could, y'know, connect to the internet? Surely it would download them automatically.
I'm just going to assume you're not trolling and tell you that the only way to get those .jar files is to download them in the Minecraft launcher. If you don't have internet on your computer at home, go to a friend's house and download them using his computer. Or a library computer. Or whichever computer you're using right now. Download the files via the MC launcher, and put them on a USB flash drive or something.
