Me and my brother are playing my private pack, you can find the list of mods here: http://www.atlauncher.com/pack/ShapetheWorld
Anyway, in the middle of playing a LAN world with him the game started to crash after about 10 hrs. into the world, here's the log: http://pastebin.com/VdUDd0tg
Uh not sure about this one.
If I had to guess, I'd say it looks like galacticraft has issues with whatever the other player is ...wearing? Armor maybe?
Did you reporting this to the author? He'd know far better how to troubleshoot this.

He was wearing (I think) steel helmet and boots with a glow stone chest plate from mekanism, so I'll contact both micdoodle and aiden
That fixed that problem, but today I created a world to tinker with in creative, and after not even a minute after entering, got this: http://pastebin.com/fBN5wMRy
Not apparent what's doing it.
Hmm now since this is new and creative and you don't really care about mucking it up, try taking out half the mods, see if still issue, if not, take that half out, put in the other half, check. Once you find the affected half, take out half of that half, check if crashes. Rinse and repeat until you narrow down what it is.
Looks to me like world corruption but since it's a fresh world, it's likely some mod that's doing it. There are versions you can update on several of them but I'd just try and narrow down the culprit cause same issue might happen in your survival world.
The console seems to be saying that a mod is trying to perform game activity during mod construction and that it's a serious program error, sometimes it says a mod like Tinkers Construct and another Hardcore Ender Expansion, etc.
To me honestly it looks like world corruption. But since it's not focused on an object or entity, I'm hoping removing the problematic mod will clear it up without further consequences. You can post the console log to see if there are any further clues if you like.
Figured out the cause, the ME Controller from Applied Energistics 2 is causing the errors, breaking makes them stop, I posted a report. If you ever feel like it I can add you to the pack and you can see if it happens to you when you place down the ME Controller. I would just need your IGN
Heh thanks for the offer but I couldn't play that large a pack without some major lag on this computer and that's the one I have access to most of the time.
If however you can reproduce the error reliably, I would definitely report the steps to do so, along with the crash report here: https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/issues

I have, and am in the process of a conversation, but I can still add you, almost every single mod (except for some like Hardcore Ender Expansion and NEI) are optional, so you can play with probably about 10-133 mods
O.o
But...if you don't run the mods that the server is running, how do you even connect to it? Generally if you don't have the same mod complement as the server, it just kicks you off. At least as far as forge mods go. Plugins are a little different but that's not what you're showing in your log.
What server? I was playing in singleplayer, but I guess it said server in the logs because SSP worlds are now considered servers since I think 1.3 Also I found the culprit, MinecraftLoader has a memory leak in it, it's not even that big of a mod anyway as it just adds a loading bar to the mojang screen, so yeah, I'm removing THAT.
