whats going on?

Why can't I play the actually game? I hope I didn't waste my money on this

Yea, of course I logged in

make sure you logg into the launcher with the profile you bought the game with, and also make sure that you run the game with an internet connection (only required the first time you play the full game) and that neither your firewall nor the network/router blocks the Minecraft launcher from accessing the internet.

Yea, I logged in and everything, it says play demo.

and did you logg in with the same account that you used to buy Minecraft?

Is Minecraft able to connect to the internet on your computer? Is it giving a warning message like "unable to logg in" or does it say something like "this account is not premium?"

All It did was let me log in, it still says play demo, I don't know where it should say not premium

Try deleting the game and reinstalling it.
