Ok well here's the situation. It's trying to load cofh, finding it and not being able to load it as there's something wrong with it. What could be the cause?
Well..file could be somehow corrupted or wrong format (hence the unpacked comment). There could also be multiple copies in there so that even though you redownloaded the file, the old unpacked or corrupted version is still there and being read.
I don't see a third option (which doesn't mean there isn't, I just don't know how else you'd get this error).
You can sort of test this if you remove all CoFH files and mods, and load your world, see if there's a crash. If there is, post a log. If there is a file still left over for cofh mods, that you're not realizing is there or has been renamed or whatever, it'll show up in the log.
If you still can't do it, start a new profile, make a separate folder for it (so that a separate mod folder is created) and start things from scratch, adding mods manually one by one. I'd start by adding first only team cofh mods.
My solution was to download the older version, which worked.
