Hey guys I've got a new crash issue that i've never experienced before. I brought an old save file over from another pc in which I used mcpatcher, to the one im on now that uses forge. When I load the non-forge profile 1.7.10, the save file works fine, even with my installed texture pack. When i load my forge profile 1.7.10 so I can use the same texture pack along with Seus 10.1 for 1.7.10, it crashes. The other save files that I have also created all work fine under this same forge profile along with the shader pack and texture pack. Is there something from mcpatcher in the other save file that forge is incompatible with or am I missing something else entirely?I have also reverted back to Java 7 just to see if it was Java 8 that was the problem, still didn't work. I have also reinstalled Minecraft along with forge and all the mods under a fresh profile and fresh installs and the crash still occurs with the save file. The crash report is below:

I am not 100% sure, is one of the block's ID too large? I got a similiar error and it was because I set a block's ID to larger than whatever the maximum was (I forget now, I think it was 4020)
that's the thing, I haven't changed anything other than moving the save file from another computer where nothing was changed either, block ID's I mean.....its just weird that it will play fine under the normal non-forge profile, but as soon as I switch to that profile it won't play...I even tried to play it with the default textures and no shader packs....still crashed don't under stand the java out of bounds issue either in the first line of the error.
I believe the file itself was started around 1.7.2. So forge can't properly convert it? I can play it with a regular profile so all the information seems to be intact at least and its current to what I was building last. Its when I switch to the forge profile to run the shader pack is where I start having conflicts. It will start to say Loading Terrain then crash to desktop. Im sorry I forgot to mention the mods I was using just incase the conflict may be there: R3D.CRAFT 128x Smooth Realism 1.7.10, GLSL Shader mod 1.7.10, and Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders 10.1 for 1.7.10.
That particular world doesn't work with forge at all, but I can load it without the forge profile and it works fine....even with a texture pack. I have also created at least 3 other worlds in which the forge profile is active and everything loads fine including the shaders and texture pack. Its a weird error only associated with that particular saved world and forge. That's why I was wondering if the mcpatcher did something to the file that forge doesn't like? Its really annoying cause I have a lot of stuff built in that one that I would love to see with the shader pack.
Ok well thats good news at least and one more thing i can cross off my trial and error list lol. The file itself is intact at least cause i can play under a normal profile, i guess i'll have to just deal with not seeing it under the nice shaders. thank you for all the suggestions and help, if you can think of anything else for me to try let me know, im still gonna continue to research it and look for a solution.
Ok quick update here.....found the installer for the shaders mod without forge. Installed it, selected my shaders, opened the old save file, and......it ran without a hitch. Thanks so much for all the suggestions everyone and especially you grimallq for sticking with me through all my questions. Problem solved.
