First may I ask how you've installed this? Optifine and the shaders mod can't be installed together via the /mods folder without forge, and using installers will create two seperate jars, not merge them. Have you done this manually?
I also see that it seems to instantly say that java has run out of space. That might be the problem too... It shows that you have used it all up. This may just likely be a case of noot having enough RAM. How much does your computer have? and how much have you allocated to minecraft?
