Wow, thanks!
I got a wired XBox controller for christmas, and now thanks to you I found out how to make custom controls for all the games I play! :biggrin.gif:
Alright this seems good...but what am I to do with the .cfg file? i think i missed something.
Just unzip everything from the .Zip to a folder then Run JoyToKey. Then I think you just hit open and select it. Or there is a Thing on the left that says minecraft. Click that
I downloaded DirectX 6 as JoyToKey told me to do, but when I open it it says "It is not a valid Win32 application." I have a Windows XP Professional, do you know what may be going on?
My only problem with this is using the shoulder buttons as the scroll wheel. It's the only logical way to do it in my opinion, but it doesn't smoothly move from one item to the next, rather it jumps around like freaking crazy. Granted I'm using a different program, but I would imagine it would be the same as whatever you guys are using. Anyone else had this problem and figured it out? At the moment I simply have some buttons mapped as keys 1-8, but I don't have a free button for 9 which kind of sucks.
A couple of years ago I got a Logitech Dual Action USB Controller for Christmas. I never knew how to make it work and I started searching on how to use it. I found Joy2Key. Very good program, I can play any PC game I want with the exception of making a new config for each and everyone of them.
I installed the xbox 360 driver thing and connected my xbox wired controller to my computer for the first time, it installed itself to it, but when I press the guide button to turn the controller on, it turns my xbox on :/
I believe that you can map the mouse wheel to right and left bumper. I'm not sure though
I have no clue. Sorry!

Because why the hell not? Its just like Xbox edition to tide you over
I have no idea what the problem is. Let me look in to it and i'll get back to you.
