Ok, its nice to see you're not a shameless fanboy. He brought up some good points, but one of his points I have to disagree. For how it fits your hand, he showed how he presses the triggers/bumper buttons with the tips of his fingers, causing him to bend his fingers on the PS3 controller. I think most people use them like they are pulling a trigger, not pressing them. Truthfully, I find PS3 controller more comfortable because my hands are a bit smaller than most peoples, so the Xbox controller feels odd to hold. Really, for controllers, it comes down to personal preference. I only wanted proof so I could know your not a straight up fanboy.
Personaly, i like the 360 controller better becuase i have big hands.

I see people assigned stuff to the trigger buttons. How? He says to skip it in the guide. I can't set anything to those, I can't even enable them on their tab, it just unchecks itself when I press the left one like it tells me to.
I tried to use xpadder and it said that the software was only compatible with these versions of windows:
2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista.
Is there another way i could use the controller without it?
Thanks for the guide!

I love playing my favourite PC games using my PS3 controller, it feels so... I don't know... right, I guess? Anyway, thanks for the guide (again)
I downloaded both of these and it did not work. When I downloaded the first one, I was unable to assign buttons, and after I downloaded xpadder, nothing came up for me to finish following the directions and when I tried to search for the program, it's like it;s not even on my computer. I can't even remove it cause it just does not show up not even in the add/remove programs in the control panel. So why is that?? I totally would not recommend anyone to use either of these programs.
got a question, I'm new here yes but I can't seem to find a copy of that Xpadder that isn't like 10 bucks to buy it. cause I've got windows 8 and I just can't seem to find something like that program, cause I've got the first half working, but now I'd like to get the 2nd half working.
and I've been all over the web trying to figure this out and I just can't find it for windows 8 and not having to pay for it.
Nope. Never mind. Also, every time I hit the right analog stick, it thinks I'm hitting Square/Circle/Cross/Triangle. I'm annoyed as I've put 2 1/2 hours into this.
edit:
Again, evidence?
