Well I think if I get on the the computers administer profile it might give me options. should I try?
That would be why the driver installs wouldn't let you and the options in the device manager is limited. Yes, you have to be on an admin profile to make changes to the system.
Are you also sure that the only one that is there is the Intel HD Graphics?
Do you now see the Driver tab when you double click it, and is there an option to Enable it?

You dont have a video card
Would mean the drivers weren't installed properly. I'm not very sure of what could be done now.
