It's only on one server, on my others, I have no problem, I have a new .minecraft folder. My internet is fine, in fact I don't have any other sort of lag on said server. I can PvP with ease and place and mine blocks with no trouble. But when I try to put something in my chests, it pops right back in my inventory, same for taking things out. On occasion I can take things out of my chests by taking the item out of the chest and throwing the sprite out of the chest. Then I just can pick it up, but it still takes and few times for the most part.

So yeah, I basically can't play if I want to do anything besides kill.And please if anyone else has had this problem tell me.

Turns out after some testing it must be client side, It did the same thing on another server.

I'm gonna try single player.

Ok I tried on single play, it does it there too. I'm going to reinstal java, and then force update.

Tried both, didn't work...

Ok I tried it on another computer, it didn't do it.
