That's most probably your graphics card driver. Try to update it.

go to control panel/in the search box type "adv" and you should see system settings right? below you see something called view advanced system settings go there/in that box go to environment variables/in the first box click new/variable name: _JAVA_OPTIONS/variable value: -Xmx2g -Xms2g if you need more then type 3g 3g , etc etc etc

Why do i get this message :The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution. when i wanna put more than 1 gig ..thou i have 4 gig of ram
if you have that problem it might be the version of your java, do you have a 64bit or a 32bit? if your computer is 64 bit and you're using a 32 bit you need to upgrade to your version. that will fix it
