Minecraft Forums

I just got a macbook pro, and whenever I step on stone, mine stone, picking up items, or anything containing the stone sound effect, I can barely hear it. Everything else works fine like dirt, doors, etc. I checked my sound things in my .minecraft and it's all there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

That didn't work, now theres no sound at all :S


EDIT: I got the sound to work, but theres still no sound from stone

I am not aware of this problem, but it was caused by Minecraft failing to load the sound effects (stone)

Do you know how to maybe manually install the sound effect somehow?
