The title pretty much sums it up. My Minecraft keeps crashing over and over and all I'm doing is mining stone (on a server but that shouldn't matter much should it?). When this first started I was running with OptiFine and Rei's Minimap, but I got a fresh install and it is still doing it. I'm running Linux 64-bit.
The crash report is:

All I can suggest is for you to do these steps:
Go to the bin folder of minecraft (windows key+run> run %appdata% > open the .minecraft > open the bin)
Delete the minecraft.jar file
Open the Minecraft launcher , go on options, Update automatically or Force update.
If the game still crashes I would suggest uninstalling the game, and then reinstalling it (don't worry you will still have premium, just be sure to know your Minecraft username and password. Login to Minecraft.net and you should have an option to download it)
If your game still crashes, update Java (google Java update)
If the game still crashes after all this then it could be that the game is crashing due to the operating system. If so, email Mojang with all the information of your computer, Minecraft ingame name, Java version, and all the steps that you have taken to fix the problem yourself.
Hopefully it will help someone that could potentially get the same problem as you!

I fixed minecraft not working, I just forced the system to use the previous java like I was before.
Greencup I've had plenty of Minecraft problems before so I tried ALL that. And it isn't my operating system because it worked before.
Anyways about the original problem, I think it has something to do with the server kicking me because although 80% of the time it will crash 20% of the time it kicks me, I'm assuming for mining stone too fast (stone generator). If I don't just hold the mine button it works so really its not that big of a problem. Marking as Fixed/Solved
