I was the second person to use the avatar I have. The rest took it from me. The first I asked, he said yes.
I know what I'm doing. I plan ahead, or get tired and screw up everything.
But it may actually be a problem in you windows install. ntdll.dll is part of the windows install.
If updating Java doesn't solve it, there is a chance it could be some random thing plugged into your pc. I've seen 2 different people that had trouble with a set of headphones. I myself have trouble with my wireless xbox controller reciever.
If you have nothing plugged in to the PC, you may need to repair or even reinstall windows. I'm sure there are more elegant ways of fixing it, but reinstalling windows in generally much simpler.

I am still having this problem. I've been able to start it on occasion but I normaly just have this kind of error report created on my desktop.

But definitely try updating java first.
Are you using some kind of custom theme?
