when ever i try to create a new save for minecraft my comp blue screens, or when i try to load one, wat can i do to fix this? i could really use the help

heres the error code for the blue screen, 0x00000050( 0xE8045FAD,0x00000000,0xBF853266,0x00000002)

thats the thing im not sure how to find it my laptop is pretty old the vid card is a ati radeon xpress 200M series
