A toggle allowing users to save Structure data to a root folder (instead of as a child of the current world) would be a useful boon for transferring structures between worlds on Bedrock. (With an accompanying "load from root" flag for the loading state) Such a feature would greatly aid those of us that develop structures or contraptions in a flatland and then desire to copy finished elements into a creative world.
I've been diving into ways to facilitate world-to-world structure copying, but haven't made any headway due to both the way bedrock stores structures, and the removal of the file explorer app for Xbox One. If anyone is aware of a workflow I would appreciate it, as I would love to transfer some complex creations to newly created worlds. The addition of a toggle to save all structures to a common location, available to all worlds on that platform would make things much easier.
That was...accidental. I must have lost track of the suggestion thread I was in when I linked away to set up the forum account and sign in. I don't plan to repost to avoid spamming, so the mods are welcome to move or remove.

I agree with the suggestion but why did you put this in the Java Suggestions Thread?
Overall Support!
Hey guys I'm James, I used to be a noob but now I'm not, I finally figured out how to use TextCraft so here's a banner for one of my suggestions.
