So in short terms, i'm suggesting that you can organize the creative inventory however you want. Long terms:
One thing that always kept me in the creative inventory longer than I should have been is the fact that it's not really organized... I mean you have wood planks here, then stairs and slabs in a completely different area! Sure, it's organized by item ID, but that's a bit messy, and just isn't needed, especially since 1.8 now calls them by name now. My suggestion allows you to fully customize your own personal creative inventory easily, and it will give you 10 new tabs to do so!
Here's an example of how the new tabs would look:
When you first see them, everything will start out blank. You can easily add items by taking one from your hotbar, and placing it in an empty slot. The same applies for the tab icons, but instead the new one will over-write the old one. You are also able to put blocks not normally in the creative menu, like command blocks, or even items with NBT data, such as enchanted swords, or chest with loot in it, but not stacks of items. To remove an item from a custom creative tab, you must Ctrl-Click it, and it will instantly be removed. You can also name and rename each tab, to do so, you click the 'rename' box, and type the new name, clicking anywhere else or pressing ENTER will enter the new name. The tabs with the arrows let you switch between the normal creative menu, and the custom creative menu.
The customized inventory is shared between all worlds, and will be the same as you left it before in a different world, so you don't have to re-organize it for every world. Lastly, the size for each tab is 25 rows of inventory space, so you will have plenty of room to store blocks in for each tab!
So, what do you think? Do you think it'll be useful? Do you support? If not, please explain why!
I like the idea, and if it were to be implemented I would hope that it contains an easily move-able file, so I can have multiple of these.
Just clarifying, is this replacing, or a second page of tabs?

Also take a look at this guide if you are requesting builders for a server/project.
Please note, if I deny a suggestion because it is already possible, then I mean it is already possible withing 10 command blocks (That do not spawn other command blocks) or up to 5 creations (Command blocks that spawn other command blocks) to make your suggestion.
If I critique your suggestion I am not hating on you. Learn the difference.

I like this idea, however what if you don't want it to carry over to other worlds? What if you had too many tabs? What if you could not delete them? There is some more things that remain unanswered so, for now, partial support.

Well, I think I found what I'LL be in the after life. <3 Goats for life.
I can't close this thread myself as that could be construed as abusing my power, but this is basically the same as one of my suggestions, which has been posted on in the last 30 days. Which makes this thread redundant.

Shoot, I did do a search, I must of over-looked it... Sorry, oh well... I guess i'll stick with my first suggestion. I'll be more careful next time, though.

If you want to find a specific block, there is a reason the search engine exists within the creative inventory.
No support.

Yes, I stated that the arrow tabs let you switch between the normal inventory and your personal creative inventory.

Locking for redundancy.
