I bought a new gaming laptop with a Geforce 2060 graphics card. My max framerate setting is around 180 fps. When i play minecraft with the charger in the laptop I get 180 fps, but when I play without the charger, just on battery power, I get a max of 30 fps. My graphics card settings are set to use the geforce graphics card, so I really dont get why I only get 30 fps on battery power. All the battery settings are set to use max performance. It seems like there is something that limits my frames outside of minecraft. Can anyone help me?
