Okay so it depends on what kind of YouTube channel you're going to do. The most important thing of course is the actual recording system you use. A lot of people like FRAPS but it has a lot of problems and takes up way too much space. I am currently using the free version of Bandicam but I'm going to buy it soon. If you have a bad computer, you may lag a lot and the only advice I can give you for that is to change the graphics settings for MC and for the recording system. If you have a decent computer, you shouldn't lag much though. If you want to commentate you are going to need either a mic or headset. I recommend a Blue Snowball or Blue Yeti for Mics. As for the headset, I would recommend the Logitech G430. Optional things like mice and keyboard are completely up to you but if you get them for a mice a Razor DeathAdder is amazing.

Keyboard and mouse don't matter if they work, I have really fancy ones but it's minecraft so you need wasd and the mouse haha.
I assume based on thos specs it's a laptop, if not, yikes. Ok so that is a 15$ headset, I highly doubt the microphone will be that good. My current headset is 100$, while I don't agree with everyone buying blue snowball stand alone mics (stated by actual famous YouTubers as well it's pointless unless you're making a bit of money), you do need something with a clear enough mic. Yeah Fraps is kind of intensive, bandicam as well, I would look up what you want the rendered video to be (Bitrate/fps), then set your recording software down to that level, if you get peaks of 40 while recording you may as well just set it to 30.
