hey this may have already been answered but i need help, i'm trying camstudios to record and when its running anytime i push a button it keeps going (like if i push the key to move once i will continue walking even if i'm no longer touching it) can someone please help me?
Hi there! You should add SimpleScreenRecorder to the "Screen Capturing Programs" section. It's a GUI program for Linux (no Windows/Mac) that can record OpenGL like Bandicam and Fraps (meaning you don't end up with the window border or anything). Here's me testing out the program: (the video itself is quite boring, but it looks great!).
Edit: Also consider adding Openshot, which I used to edit the video in the link. Actually, it might be better to leave out Openshot since it can be really unstable and crash a lot for many people (I was just lucky when I made my video).
This program Overwolf is an in-game program that can be used for social media, recording, and a few other useful tasks. I looked at the Utilities and Screen Recording Software spoilers where it should be, and could not find it. So it would be awesome if you put it on the list so others can see how awesome it is.
In the field of video converter and editor I would like to recommend Video Converter Pro from Program4Pc which is one of the good video converter software in the market (of course based on my personal experience).
I think you should definitely add Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr) to the list of video convertors as it is a free, extremely powerful video converter which can drastically lower the file size of a video.

My Screen Recorder is an excellent screen recording tool. Records your screen and audio from the speakers or your voice from the microphone - or both simultaneously. The recordings are clear and look great when played back on your PC or uploaded to YouTube. It will record directly to WMV, MP4, or FLV. Just perfect for making a tutorial.
Can anyone recommend me a program where the audio from minecraft and the audio from the Mic comes in separate files? Best if it's free, but if it's paid I'll buy it if there aren't any free, good alternatives
I've looked for this for a while but can't seem to find it, or the programs don't advertise with it :/
Good job. And WidsMob Viewer is also a good Mac photo viewer. You can get 5 photo viewing modes, such as exif mode, thumbnail mode, slideshow mode and more. Actually, its free version offers all features without restrictions.

In fact, it is not technically legal.

XSplit is good for recording.
You should add a section for mods useful for recording a video series, like shaders, or things like morph for machinimas.

Pixen is, as far as i can tell, no longer free, and most of this stuff either didn't work for me, or i didn't want to use, thanks for the list though
please add shotcut to the list of video editors. It's pretty good.
