biggest problem is that nobody wants to give chances.they are all happy with their current videos to watch so when new people try to do something,it doesn't get noticed

does anyone have a good software for windows to record said videos also if it was free or had a way to record your vioce while playing as apposed to using two different programs and having to insert the sound afterward.
I just finished a new video and want to know what you guys think.
What did i do completly wrong?
What is good?
Hey there,
I seriously loved that video! It was simple, creative and inquisitive. What I'm wondering is what video editing software did you use! I'd really like to use some software like that to enhance my videos. A reply would be great! Deltex1933

I'm an experienced video editor + maker, and I just made a new youtube channel. So far there are two videos, and I would like some criticism on them both.
I'm going to be posting a few videos starting next week. Getting my equipment and hopefully things turn out good.this video helped me remember things I already knew lol great help!
I'm doing redstone videos but differently... it has to do with minigames but I am certain this hasn't been done before because it's something I searched on youtube a while for and couldn't find anything on it so now that I know how to do it I feel this series will work out good =]
Still setting up the channel and everything but I will be posting next week if you like redstone and minigames you should subscribe leave feedback and I hope you guys like it!
Sounds like you know what your talking about, you think you can help me out and tell me what im doing wrong?

Hey guys. I wanted to cover something that he didn't cover. its always better to play with a friend. you'll probably be nervous on your first video and if you have a friend it makes it alot easier. and don't do like skydoesminecraft and just have someone one day then have someone else the next. once you associate your audience with someone its pretty much sealed. Playing with a friend is good because you'll be laughing more and be more relaxed on camera. your channel will be pretty successful and you'll be having coffe with your friends before you know it. (besides, you'll need them to craft that pesky piston right?) so always have a friend, and you'll be good to go.

Unfortunately, no, there is no balance of "good" and "free", the best i could get out of "free" was this program called EZvid, which sucks very much compared to ANYTHING. It doesn't want you to edit your videos outside of its crappy miniature editing software, it leaves a huge ugly logo on your video, it makes you choose a song from its terrible list of songs that you get third party warnings from if you dare post your video on youtube, and the best quality it can possibly do is 720p, which seems O.K. until you take a look at the color.
There is, however a way out, it's not free, but it's much better than any free software you could get, and much more price-efficient than say, some $800 piece of adobe software. It's called fraps, and for only $37 you can get the full version with no watermark or anything, and all later versions are included. I currently use fraps and it works great, easy to record, easy to save, and easy to export into your editing software. The only problems I've ever had with it are that it sometimes crashes, but I'm pretty sure that only happens because of my glitchy laptop.

I would suggest getting MSI Afterburner. It is a GPU overclocking software but it has a very powerful screen capture software that can take 60fps 1080p videos with no lag. It can record both in-game sound as well as microphone sound. The best thing is that it is free! The only cons I would say is that the file sizes are big. But, I don't know a thing about compression formats so I might be doing something wrong. There is a tiny little circle thing in the top left corner that is barely noticeable. The biggest con would be you have to record full screen and can't customize the region or window.
