i want to record minecraft gameplay and audio
1. it needs to be able to record my voice live
2. must be lag free
3. must be decent quality
4. must be pretty simple to use
list a capture card
a download
or something that can record minecraft
You could use screen recording software. Look it up, most is free. The lag usually depends on your PC. One program I have used is Bandicam. Fraps is really good but I don't think it is free.

Fraps isn't free, but OBS is. OBS is great, and doesn't use too much RAM. It also can livestream on most livestreaming sites.
You're not going to record good videos with free software. I have tried any and all, but the truth is they simply suck. If you are serious about doing videos, that is great, but you need to at least save up $30 to buy a program like Action! Screen Recorder to have quality videos that people will watch. You don't want people to come to your channel and see bad FPS and 360p videos. As far as LIVE is concerned, don't do it till you have a fan base. It is pointless to do a LIVE stream with no one watching. Why spend money or take up extra RAM with no one even watching? Make sure you have a decent microphone to record with as well and your audio is loud, but not burning. If you actually care about doing videos and want to produce good content, awesome and I can't wait to watch, but if you're just on there to say "Look at this treehouse I made." or "This is a shroomcow I found." all while being in 360p with low audio, stay off YouTube.
I don't know about that Ionaru. yes if you do a search you will get a lot of software options but the question here is what is best for the users needs, and skill level.
Posting in a forum like this asking the questions "what do you use" is a good start, you can also ask that question direct to some of the youtube players. From what i have seen, a great many people use Fraps simply because its low cost and easy to configure. I happen to use Fraps for video recording but i tent to use Open Broadcaster for streaming on twitch.
My 2-bits on it is look into some of the free options that people have noted here and get your feet wet. make sure your system can run them, make sure you like doing it. if so, then run with what you got or look into a "higher caliber" software that better fits your needs.
I always use Acethinker Online Screen Recorder to capture minecraft gameplay for my YouTube channel, works fairly well. It's a web-based application to record computer screen, you don't have to install anything.
