I can dedicate alot of time, but not all, given I have a Youtube channel myself, we are trying to get up and running too, but I can record almost ALWAYS lag free, Depending what you screw up while playing. I will have a pretty flexible schedule until my Classes begin again in a few weeks, I have over a TB of memory to record on, I can edit videos, I have Premiere Pro CS6, PowerDirector, and some other editors for different things I do.
