Looking for someone to recreate this banner and make it in a format of less than 350kb
You can make modifications to adjust to the file size accordingly. I'd like to to resemble this as close as possible though. Post it in this thread when finished with whatever watermark pleases you and then if I like it enough I will send $10 via paypal. Also I may ask you to make a few changes before I purchase it.

Please retain the some color outlining and actual color of the words being displayed. Also I'd like to have images next to the scrolling text on the right like in my banner.

You're asking for too much, it's not possible to simply magically remove the amount of kbs in an image. you have to give something up.
Well then I think removing some frames and speeding up the animation would make the file smaller as well. As long as there is a nice pause included after the word scrolls onto the screen so players can easily read it then I'm fine with that.
Also if you'd like to remake a banner like this one I'd be much happier with it considering that the images cannot be added into the one that I want. Without the images I think it lacks too much.
