Professional? So this is your livelihood? Or do you just consider yourself a step above the rest? Because it comes off as pretentious.
As for the artwork, the cave landscape is alright. I feel, however, that the sky could stand to be a different color than solid white, and the very small, hard brushstrokes distract from the overall softness of the piece. Try to use as large of a brush as you can, focusing on lighting and composition rather than color or detail. Then work on details. It's actually best to start painting in greyscale, so that you have a more firm understanding of values before introducing the ever-confusing element of saturation. The bottom-right corner of the image is nice, but once my eye is lead outside of the cave I find myself wanting to go back into the more subdued colors of the shade. It's by far the best piece you've posted, however. The others are too simple, or have over-the-top custom brushwork that distract the eye. I would say that studying light would benefit you greatly.
The eyes and nose of your Pikachu piece are delightful. Very vibrant and well-realized, with a lot of depth. However, the rest of the piece is a lot of empty space and strange washy coloring. By that, I mean that there is no sense of lighting to the 'hoodie' or lips. Always try to choose a distinct light source and shade based on the planes which do and do not face the source of light, not just randomly throwing brights and darks around the image. The background is oversized and unnecessarily harsh.
As for a request? No thank you, but I'd love to see some black-and-white studies of light. It sounds boring, but you'd gain a lot from it.
Oh, for paintings, I use a simple round brush with opacity set to pressure in Photoshop. I vary the hardness depending on the crispness of the edge I desire, and change the size of the brush with the bracket keys on my keyboard. It's all you really need.

If you don't like the work don't comment unless you're going to be respectful. Don't fill up a page with critiques nobody asked for.
As for the OP, these are really nice. I especially like Journey, it feels like there is a land beyond the image
Meh, his comments motivated me to paint better :3
