This is another personal project that I have been working on. I use it to help expand my knowledge of php/javascript/css and a few other languages. When it runs smooth like I will release it. Any questions, feel free to chime in. Some things working now:
Live log file
Commands sent to MC server
Quick START/STOP buttons
server.properties organized for easy editing
backups automatically 10min (configurable)
server time
status of players, ip, ports and others
Portable webhost via uampp (no need to install XAMPP/WAMPP)
few other behind the scenes working
It is a basic control panel, great for the small servers for friends and family. Again this is a personal hobby, so the source is a little kludgy in some spots, however, works well for me.
There are some cosmetic sections I want to clean up. but for now this works. I did not want to make anything HUGE like Multicraft or McMyAdmin. Just something simple.
CHEERS!!
Thank you for looking
ps
This does use a tiny script of AUTOIT3 (.exe) to help facilitate sending codes to the server (but I've included the source to see whats inside). This is what makes this a windows only tool.
OK - ready for live testing. Lots of features jammed into this - even changed the theme (again - gotta love A.D.D)
One of the best features I added was an installer. Not only does it make it easy to do your settings for the config file, but it also edits both the startserver.bat and the (very complex) backup.bat as well. So it is a one page edit all. Took a few days to get this to work right. The only requirement (much like Multicraft/McMyadmin and others) is that your Minecraft server needs to be under the root folder of your website. Here are the latest screens:
server.properties, as you can see are organized a bit for easy find.
Is this FREE YOU BETCHA! I have it under the MIT Licence (in short you can do what you want with it - as long as I get credit for my work)
Written in PHP[1] and JavaScript[2] and Autoit3[3] Very easy to read, so much, that I did not need to do much commenting. As mentioned earlier, this is a project I am using to work on said languages. Is it done? NOPE. Does it work as intended - YES. I will add more features as I get request.
[1] There is no confusing OOP
[2] Pure JavaScript - no jquery. (this was tricky to pull off on some of the routines)
[3] There are only 2 .exe of Autoit3. Source code is included to see what they both do. I may update config to allow the scripts instead of exe
Since it is open source, all you programmers have fun! If there is some clean up, or nice tweaks, love to see them.
